20 yr old LP vent free fireplace insert, parts are getting obsolete. Tess tool had one at a good price. Phoned to verify the correct number, there was a bad phone connection but got the number verified.  Ordered it from web site, was shipped that day USPS arrived quickly and good shape. Took about 20mins to install and worked great, will do business with this company again.

Fantastic Service.  I ordered two Fireplace Pilot Assemblies that were out of stock. Warren contacted me to be sure I was aware of the delay. He again contacted me when one of the two assemblies arrived and quickly mailed the assembly. This allowed me to fix the fireplace without waiting for the second back ordered assembly. Later, the second assembly was mailed. The customer service and customer contact was beyond what I would have expected.
