I placed the order, and I was notified (via email) that the item was not in stock, and would ship out when it became available. I was told that it would be 10-14 days before availability. I was offered a refund. I needed the item, and declined the refund. I was notified the item was in stock, and it was being shipped. I appreciate the contact and top class customer service I received! The item was in my possession, and I installed the part in the heater two days before I was leaving for my trip.
