Warren was super helpful. Our 34788 was working perfect and then nothing. When we called the Robinair techline, they suspected that we had a faulty keypad, then gave us the contact into to a local service provider. We called, left a message, waited and waited. When he finally called back, he wasn't sure WHEN he was going to be able to come out, could be two days after or it could be next week. I found TESS/ Warren online and boy am I glad I did. Warren did confirm the symptoms and sent the replacement part out the same day. In the middle of summer, we just couldn't live with the "I might be able to come out in a couple of days, or it may be next week" answer. We rely on our equipment as a business and Warren was able to get us back up and running again. Thank You so much for the excellent service.
