MR. Heater 78421 valve Control Assy, Mh18B November 19, 2015 Reviewer: brian werner   Valve bolted right in and worked great.  If your heater has a weak pilot and goes out intermittenly, the core spring assembly of the valve gets full of oil, seals must go bad.  easiest to replace whole valve.  Parts came fast!
