MY STUD AND GEAR KIT WAS SHIPP PROMPTLY AND IT RESOVED THE ISSUE I HAD WITH MY POWERWINCH RC23.  THE ISSUE WAS THAT THE WINCH WOULD SLIP BACK A HALF AN INCH ONCE THE BOAT WAS PULLED ALL OF THE WAY UP TO THE ROLLER.  THANK YOU!
