I received the most amazing customer service when I called for help finding a part for my propane heater. I called your customer service line on November 7. The agent answered quickly, and she was very patient while I got the model numbers she needed. I'm pretty sure her name is Angie. This was the first time in years I've gotten an answer and not been referred to websites or to look it up online. I received my part. I haven't installed it yet, but now I can work in my garage again. Thanks to you for still having a call center and to Angie for her excellent service.
