I received the new Pump very quickly and at a very good price and already installed and working perfectly. The only issue I had (and all the remedies are totally out of the control of Tesstools) was this pump came with oil in the pump already and during shipment had been turned side ways or upside down. This caused all the oil to drain out of the breather filler cap into the box. UPS was the shipping company and they placed the box in a plastic bag since the shipping box was soaked in oil. Once I cleaned up the oil and refilled every thing was good to go. The best remedy would be if the oil was shipped with the pump in its sealed bottle which I know that would have to go back to the Manufacture to package this way. No way to guarantee freight companies won't turn a box upside down in shipment. All in all very satisfied with transaction.
