The internal charger in my jump pack went bad, ordered a replacement through Tess Tools, and it works like new.  Great shopping experience.

The part number of the piece I ordered had changed.  I got a phone call right away explaining that it was still the same part.  They said all I had to do is send an email stating I still wanted the parts.  Super easy to work with.  I will be ordering again!!!
