The kit was good and the  grill guard was just a little different from mine but I drilled a couple holes and it slid right in there.   It took a while longer to get here but it's  the holidays..... Anyway, the Buddy heater works GREAT now so thanks for that!!

The heater tile were shipped perfectly, received in perfect condition and fit perfectly just as described. From an alternate replacement parts website I received broken tiles (due to poor packaging) or tiles that were not as described (wrong size)... not just once but twice! Tess tools got it right the first time. Granted I paid a little more for shipping but it was about the same as paying shipping twice with the competitor. In addition clips to hold the tile, the gaskets, and instructions on how to install were included with my order. I received none of those things from the competitor. Happy to know about Tess Tools...although I learned the hard way.  Thank you so much for great customer service.
